FOSC Scotland 29th July 2011 RCS Edinburgh

Registration for FOSC Scotland 2011 is now open. Be sure to book the Full Day early as workshop places are limited and these are likely to fill up quickly.

Deadline for registration is 5pm on the Wednesday the 27th of July to ensure printing of name badges and delegate packs.

Lectures Only - Included in this price are all morning lectures, delegate pack, morning refreshments and certificate of attendance.

Full Day - Included in this price are all morning lectures + afternoon workshops, delegate pack, morning and afternoon refreshments and certificate of attendance.

If you are a medical student please bring your student ID on the day. Those registering as a student and not supplying their ID on the day will be asked to pay the full foundation doctor charges.

Lunch will NOT be provided for those staying for the afternoon workshops. There are a number of eateries close to the College on Nicolson street.
 
 
 
 
 

Cancellation of Registration

Unfortunately due to the cost of processing and administration, it is necessary to have a cancellation policy as outlined below:

Cancellations more than one month before the date of the conference will incur a 10% deduction of total cost of registration.

Cancellations less than one month, but more than 14 days from the conference will incur a 50% deduction of the total cost of registration.

Cancellations less than 2 weeks from the date of the conference will unfortunately be unable to be refunded as by then final numbers will have been confirmed with the conference venue and catering.
